We are independent of the brands, salons and celebrities we write about. Product claims are checked against the ingredient list, and we say when a viral product underdelivers. Skincare and haircare content here is general information: formulas behave differently on different skin, and anything medical — a persistent reaction, a condition, pregnancy or breastfeeding — belongs with a dermatologist or physician, not a beauty article.
